Mary Ann Spencer is both an escrow officer and funder. She is responsible for the funding of all escrow transactions at the Memorial location and the escrow accounting for both offices. Mary Ann has been in the title insurance industry for over twenty five years, and previously worked at Gulf National Title in Florida, and First American Title and Alamo Title here in Houston.
Mary Ann is a native Texan, married since 1984 with her only son in college. She is also a member of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
